A table enquiry at ZHARA: when is it confirmed?

You have a date in mind and want to discuss a table. The English homepage offers a direct WhatsApp conversation with the club. Sending a message does not reserve a table: the details need to be agreed with an administrator first.

ZHARA is at 86 Baytik Baatyr Street in Bishkek and opens daily from 22:00 to 07:00. Guests must be 21 or older; selective entry and a dress code apply. You can check these standing rules before contacting the club. Ask about the programme, availability and visit terms for your chosen date.

Make your first enquiry useful

Use the official English homepage to start a WhatsApp conversation. Tell the administrator your preferred date, arrival time, approximate number of adults and whether you want to discuss a standard or VIP table. These are preferences, not an assurance that a table is available. A guest list and other people's contact details are unnecessary in the first message.

A simple first message. “Hello. We would like to ask about a table on [date], around [time], for [number] guests aged 21 or over. We are interested in a [standard/VIP] table. What is possible that evening, and which terms should we clarify?” This is a request template, not a club offer.

Three different stages

Enquiry sent. Your WhatsApp message has been sent to the club's official number. It remains a request until the details are agreed. The Russian website form has a separate thank-you page; that page also does not mean a reservation has been confirmed.

Details under discussion. The administrator may clarify the date, arrival time, group size, table type and entry conditions. Until those questions have an answer, avoid telling your group that the table is booked.

Details confirmed. Look for an explicit agreement with the administrator about your specific evening and terms. Keep the agreed date, time and table format in your conversation. If plans change, ask whether the previous arrangement still applies.

Before you travel to the club

  • Date and programme. Opening hours are 22:00–07:00 every day. Friday and Saturday stage shows have their own schedule. Confirm the programme for your actual date rather than relying on an old poster.
  • Entry. Read the 21+ visiting rules and pass them to the people joining you. An agreed table does not override entry rules.
  • Terms. Entry and table arrangements depend on the evening and format. Ask the administrator directly instead of relying on an old screenshot or third-party listing.
  • Changes. If your time or group size changes, contact the club before arrival.

Organising for several people? The group planning guide helps align expectations. To choose a date, see weekly evenings and the event archive. Archive photographs do not promise the same programme on your visit.

Ready to discuss a particular evening? Contact the club through the official WhatsApp link. The administrator can clarify availability and terms. Until you receive an answer, treat your message as an enquiry.
