ZHARA is a strip and show club at 86 Baytik Baatyr Street in Bishkek, for guests aged 21 and over. Before you contact the club, agree on a possible date, an approximate group size and the kind of evening everyone actually wants. Ask one person to collect questions and share confirmed details with the group.
Find out what matters to the group
Ask each person what they most want from the evening: time together, a stage performance, or space to talk. Choose the two priorities that matter most. Make the setting clear: ZHARA is a strip and show club, not a standard bar. Anyone may decide that the format is not for them without having to explain why. Do not arrange a surprise visit for someone who has not agreed to it.
These are your group's preferences, not a promised programme at the club. They help you decide what to ask, or whether to choose a different plan. For a specific occasion, the site has separate bachelor-party information (Russian) and birthday information (Russian). This worksheet is for the decisions a group needs to make, whatever the occasion.
Keep one working version of the plan
When several people contact the venue separately, details can diverge. Choose one organiser to ask the questions and update a short note for the group. Start with a tentative date and approximate arrival time. Keep separate counts for people who have said they will come and those who are still deciding. A friend's RSVP is not a booking confirmation from the venue.
Your group chat does not need copies of IDs, phone numbers or personal circumstances. An empty cell in the worksheet means “not known yet”; it does not mean zero, declined or agreed. Keep the working note with the organiser and share only the short update the group needs.
Copy this blank worksheet
Use the table in a note or document of your own. It is not a form that sends data to ZHARA. In “Who confirmed what,” distinguish a person's RSVP from the venue's reply about visiting arrangements. A message you sent is not a confirmed answer.

An illustration, not a real guest record or an offer from the club: your note starts at “6 attending / 2 undecided.” One person replies, so it becomes “7 attending / 1 undecided.” Ask the venue whether that changes any visiting arrangements. Until you receive an answer, leave the relevant confirmation cell empty.
Check with the venue, then update the group
Ask the venue about availability and arrangements for your chosen date and time. Mark a detail as confirmed only after a clear reply. If an answer is still pending, tell the group that it is pending. Do not promise a programme, table or price on the venue's behalf.
If the headcount changes, update the worksheet and ask whether the venue's response still applies. Share a fresh short summary with the group: the date and meeting time, headcount, confirmed details and unanswered questions. There is no need to forward someone else's number or your private exchange with the venue.
Before the visit, share the address, the agreed meeting time and ZHARA's visiting rules (Russian). Think through how everyone will get home. Before taking or posting photos, ask the venue about its rules and get permission from people who may appear in the frame.
Considering ZHARA? Call the administrator on +996 997 00 44 77 to discuss your date, approximate arrival time and unanswered questions. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking; ask the administrator to confirm the arrangements explicitly.
